This Unreviewed Disposal Question Evaluation (UDQE) assesses whether the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Baseplates, DRTK000000013, Revision 4 (Energy Solutions [ES] 2023), is suitable for shallow land burial (SLB) at the Area 5 Radioactive Waste Management Site (RWMS) on the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS). Disposal of the TVA Baseplates meets all performance objectives of DOE Manual DOE M 435.1-1, Radioactive Waste Management Manual, Chapter IV, Section P (DOE 1999). The TVA Baseplates waste stream is recommended for acceptance without conditions.
